Website Terms of Use

These terms apply to use of the public Stunner Technologies website. Client services and procurement engagements are governed by their specific written documents.

1. Website use

You may use this website for lawful informational and business inquiry purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape the website in a manner that impairs service, or misrepresent your identity or authority.

2. No service contract

Website content, inquiry responses, portfolio descriptions, and capability statements do not by themselves create a client, employment, partnership, agency, or procurement relationship. Software services are governed by a separately executed proposal, work order, agreement, or other applicable instrument.

3. Capability and portfolio information

Anonymous case studies describe representative engineering experience and may omit confidential details. They do not imply a named customer, affiliation, certification, deployment scale, performance result, or tender eligibility unless expressly supported by verified documentation.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, layout, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Stunner Technologies. You may view and reference the website for evaluation, but may not reproduce substantial content or use branding in a way that suggests endorsement without permission.

5. Third-party names and services

Third-party product names, platforms, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. References identify compatibility, technology experience, or context and do not imply partnership, endorsement, or official status.

6. Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep website information useful and current but do not warrant that every page is complete, error-free, or continuously available. Time-sensitive procurement and company information should be confirmed through authorised communication and supporting documents.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Stunner Technologies is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on this public website. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Links

Third-party links are provided for convenience. Stunner Technologies does not control and is not responsible for external content, availability, or practices.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version. Questions may be sent to info@stunner.tech.

These public terms are intentionally separate from any proposal, NDA, master services agreement, work order, tender condition, support agreement, or software licence.
